1. Scope of Services

DeepRiversFilm provides video production, post-production, creative design, marketing, and equipment rental services. All services are subject to a mutually agreed project scope, timeline, and payment schedule.

2. Project Agreement

All projects require written confirmation via email, contract, or invoice. Once approved, any changes in scope may impact the timeline or cost.

3. Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment is required before project commencement.

• The remaining 50% is payable upon delivery.

• Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely feedback, access to required materials (scripts, logos, footage), and necessary approvals to avoid project delays.

5. Intellectual Property

All footage, designs, and edits created by DeepRiversFilm remain the property of the company until full payment is received. After that, ownership rights transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Revisions Policy

Each project includes a limited number of revisions (usually 2-3). Additional revisions may be charged based on time and complexity.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Projects canceled after advance payment are non-refundable.

• If DeepRiversFilm fails to deliver due to unforeseen issues, a partial refund may be negotiated.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and keep all project-related materials confidential unless agreed otherwise for portfolio or promotional use.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect losses such as profit loss or reputational damage. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of local courts.
